In what remains of her time, Claudia enjoys social dancing of all kinds, from zydeco to swing; gardening; time with her grandnieces; and animal care and rescue -- she has fostered alpacas, rescued an injured chipmunk, and has enjoyed the companionship of dogs, cats, and chickens.
